Reaching City

Reaching Benidorm by plane:

Benidorm is easily accessible from Alicante–Elche Airport (ALC), which is located about 60 kilometres away.

There are several convenient transport options available, depending on your budget, time, and comfort preferences.

The most popular and economical option is the direct ALSA bus. These buses operate from just outside the arrivals terminal at Alicante Airport and travel straight to Benidorm. The journey usually takes between 45 minutes and one hour, and tickets are reasonably priced. Buses run regularly throughout the day, making this a reliable choice for most travellers.

Taxis are another convenient way to reach Benidorm. Official taxis are available at the airport taxi rank, and the journey takes around 40 to 50 minutes, depending on traffic. Although more expensive than the bus, taxis are ideal for groups, families, or travellers with heavy luggage, as they offer a fast and door-to-door service.

Private transfers can also be booked in advance. These services meet passengers at the airport and take them directly to their accommodation in Benidorm.

Reaching Benidorm by bus:

Benidorm has a modern central bus station that receives regular long-distance and regional services. The main operator is ALSA, which runs frequent buses from major cities such as Madrid, Valencia, Alicante, Murcia, and Barcelona. These buses are comfortable, air-conditioned, and suitable for long journeys.

Reaching Benidorm by car:

If you choose to travel by car, Benidorm is accessible from several major cities in Spain via well-maintained highways. Remember to check traffic conditions and plan your route in advance to enjoy a hassle-free trip.
