Brief Bio
Patricia Baudier prepared her PhD in management science within the Business School of Mines-Télécom Institut in 2013. She is a full professor of marketing at EM Normandie in Paris (France). Her research focuses on the acceptance of new technologies, innovations, consumers behavior and Digital Marketing. She spent 28 years within major American companies such as Apple and Kodak, mainly at marketing positions. Mitra is a vastly experienced Programme and Project Manager with demonstrable proficiency in leading complex business change and transformation solution programmes across global multi-national environments including global Telecom, Financial, IT, Education and Gaming. Deploys superior frameworks to drive rapid and consistent operational improvements across people, processes, and systems to drive significant revenue upside. Mitra has a BSc, MSc and PhD in Information Systems from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria and has a wealth of HE and industry experience in consulting and project management, not only in the UK but also in the U.S.A, central and western Europe, and the Middle East.
