Brief Bio
Prof. Victor Chang is a Professor of Business Analytics at Operations and Information Management, Aston Business School, Aston University, UK, since mid-May 2022. He was previously a Full Professor of Data Science and Information Systems at the School of Computing, Engineering and Digital Technologies, Teesside University, UK, since September 2019. He was previously a Senior Associate Professor, Director of Ph.D. and Director of MRes at International Business School Suzhou, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China. He was also a very active contributing key member at the Research Institute of Big Data Analytics , XJTLU. Before that, he worked as a Senior Lecturer at Leeds Beckett University, UK. Within 4 years, Prof Chang completed Ph.D. (CS, Southampton) and PGCe rt (Higher Education, Fellow, Greenwich) while working for several projects at the same time. Before becoming an academic, he has achieved 97% on average in 27 IT certifications. He won 2001 full Scholarship, a European Award on Cloud Migration in 2011, IEEE Outstanding Service Award in 2015, best papers in 2012, 2015 and 2018, the 2016 European award: Best Project in Research, 2016-2018 SEID Excellent Scholar, Suzhou, China, Outstanding Young Scientist award in 2017, 2017 special award on Data Science, 2017-2022 INSTICC Service Awards, Talent Award Suzhou 2019, Top 2% Scientist 2019-2022, Highly Cited Researcher 2021, Outstanding Reviewer of several Elsevier journals 2018-2019 and Outstanding Editor of FGCS (stepped down). He is the Associate Editor of IEEE TII, JGIM, Expert Systems and IJBSR and an Editor of Information Fusion, Scientific Report and IDD journals. He is the Editor-in-Chief of IJOCI and OJBD journals, and holds important or lead guest editor roles in several prestigious journals. Prof Chang was involved in different projects worth more than £14 million in Europe and Asia. He has published 3 books as sole author and the editor of 2 books on Cloud Computing and related technologies. He gave 48 keynotes at international conferences. He is widely regarded as one of the most active and influential young scientists and experts in IoT/Data Science/Cloud/Security/AI/IS, as he has the experience to develop 10 different services for multiple disciplines. Her research focuses on the acceptance of new technologies, innovations, consumers behavior and Digital Marketing. She spent 28 years within major American companies such as Apple and Kodak, mainly at marketing positions. Patricia has authored several papers in leading journals of innovation, management and marketing and a book "Lexique du digital".

Marek gained his Ph.D. at the University of Economics in Prague, where he also taught until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, he was a post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for Theoretical Study at Charles University in Prague. After completing his post-doctoral fellowship, he spent three years at the International Business School Suzhou at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University in China. Currently, he works as a researcher at the University of Economics in Prague. Marek also held visiting positions at several renowned universities in China, Italy, and Germany. Between 2012 and 2013, he also worked for the Office of the Gov ernment of the Czech Republic. Dr Samuel Fosso Wamba is Associate Professor at NEOMA Business School, France. Prior, he was Senior lecturer (with tenured) at the School of Information Systems & Technology (SISAT), University of Wollongong, Australia. He also holds two Masters degrees: one MSc in mathematics, from the University of Sherbrooke in Canada and another MSc in electronic commerce (major: computer science) from HEC Montreal, Canada. His current research focuses on business value of IT, inter-organisational system (e.g., RFID technology) adoption and use, supply chain management, electronic commerce, mobile commerce, Electronic Government, IT-enabled government transparency, Social media, Business Analytics, Big Data and Open Data. Alexander Brem

Alexander Brem (born 1979 in Bad Kötzting, Bavaria) studied business administration with a major in entrepreneurship at Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU). After graduating in 2004, he co-founded the consultancy firm VEND consulting with three fellow students which was nominated for the Bavarian Entrepreneurship Award and won the Franconian Entrepreneurship Award. At the same time, he was employed as a research associate at FAU, where he completed his doctoral degree in 2007. From 2007 to 2011, he worked full-time at VEND consulting, both as managing director and as consultant focusing on high-tech companies. In this period, he joined the founding team of the biotech-startup Agrolytix as CEO and won the nationwide Science4Life Entrepreneurship competition and the Business Plan Competition of Northern Bavaria.From 2011 to 2014 Alexander Brem held a junior professorship at FAU. Afterwards, he was appointed Professor of Technology and Innovation Management at the Mads Clausen Institute of the University of Southern Denmark (SDU). Here, he was also head of the interdisciplinary section SDU Innovation and Design Engineering. From December 2016 to December 2019, Alexander Brem was holding the Chair of Technology Management at FAU. Since January 2020, he is Endowed Chaired Professor of Entrepreneurship in Technology and Digitalization, funded through the Daimler Fund of the Stifterverband, and Institute Director at the University of Stuttgart. This professorship is also a substantial part of the Cyber Valley Baden-Württemberg initiative. He is a CCSR International Research Associate at DeMontfort University (UK) and a visiting professor at the EADA Business School in Barcelona (Spain) and Tsinghua University (China). In 2017, Alexander Brem has been appointed Honorary Professor at SDU. In 2018, an appointment as an IEEE Senior Member followed. His work is acknowledged with being ranked among the Handelsblatt 2019 top 100 list of business and management professors in German speaking countries.

I am Associate Professor of Innovation Management for the Department of Management and Quantitative Studies at the University Parthenope of Naples (Italy). I earned my doctorate in “Network Economics and Knowledge Management” at Foundation SSAV (Ca' Foscari University), Venice (Italy). I teach at undergraduate, master and doctorate levels at many universities in Italy and abroad. I have also experience in supervising and gaining funding for Ph.D. candidates. Furthermore, I am Affiliated Professor of Innovation Management at the EM Lyon Business School and the Paris School of Business (France). I have implemented innovative teaching methods in different teaching modules and focused on the case study methodology. Since 2017, I am qualified as Full Professor in Management by the Italian Ministry of Education, Universities and Research (MIUR). I have been Visiting professor/researcher over the last ten years at the St. John's University (New York, USA) in 2008, University of Flensburg (Germany) in 2013, University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain) in 2016 and IESEG School of Management (France). My research works have been published in various prestigious academic journals including IEEE-Transactions of Engineering Management, Production, Planning & Control, Technology Analysis and Strategic Management, Business Process Management Journal, Management Decision, Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Intellectual Capital, Journal of Technology Transfer, Journal of Organizational Change Management, European Journal of Innovation Management, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, BMC Health Service Research.
